North Dakota v. Hawkins

The State appealed a district court order granting John Hawkins' motion to suppress evidence. After review, the North Dakota Supreme Court concluded sufficient, competent evidence supported the district court order suppressing blood test results, and its decision wasnot contrary to the manifest weight of the evidence.
