Pike v. Georgia

Matthew Pike appealed his conviction and sentence for malice murder and related crimes in connection with the death of Justin Klaffka. He challenged the denial of severance of his trial from that of his coindictees, the admission of certain evidence, and the legal sufficiency of the evidence of his guilt.
